HELP!!! I am still gaining weight!


I haven't changed my eating or exercise habits and I'm STILL gaining weight?

Yes exactly.  You think you're doing everything correctly and theoretically you are.  Only problem is you're doing what you've been doing for years and while your habits haven't changed, your body has.  Unfortunately, that's a cold hard fact for most women experiencing perimenopause.  

This means we are simply destined to gain that middle-age spread and therefore must just accept it gracefully, throw away our clothes to buy bigger sizes and wait for the pounds to pile on right? I don't think so!

What it means is we must adjust our old habits to meet our changing bodies needs. Caloric and exercise requirements will be different and finding the right balance is the key.

During this time in our lives our hormones will try to wreak havoc on us but we CAN fight back and we WILL win! With the proper guidance through this roller-coaster ride, we can overcome the ups and downs without crashing.
