Before you know it, Spring is upon us and we want to shed those extra Winter doldrum pounds to prepare for summer and shedding those extra layers of clothes. But WAIT! Under those extra layers of clothes are extra layers of fat that we have no idea how they got there. What a surprise. You ask yourself, "did I really gain that much weight in such a short period of time?"
The answer to that question can also have many layers and as we get older, especially as women we need to address each layer. It's not always simply I've eaten too much. That's usually only part of it.
