FASTER METABOLISM ANYONE? CBD OIL? HEALTH? CHALLENGE RULES to follow below!

I haven't blogged in a while because I haven't had much to say so brace yourselves! There's a lot of good info here and I hope it helps anyone who might be struggling with weight issues especially with the Holidays upon us.

If you follow me on the regular or are customers of mine you probably know I've recently embarked on a new addition to my "health vending" business. After meeting Don (hempIOS) in California 3 years in a row, I finally decided to dig deeper into the CBD craze that claims to be miraculous at healing everything from aches and pains to epilepsy and beyond. 

Not a believer in fad diets, (diets at all) or anything that claims to be a quick fix, I not only believe in these products because I've personally seen good results but I also know that they are top quality and organic. So I became a distributor.

These products are intended to be used as dietary supplements as many "health enhancing" products are.  Now, here's where it can get a little tricky so pay attention!

No one (at least not me or Don) is claiming these products WILL heal, cure, etc...
 Everyone has endocannabinoid receptors in our bodies. When we are depleted due to everyday stress, whether it be emotional, financial, environmental or what have you, physical ills start to take hold because immunity becomes comprised and fat piles on due to increased levels of cortisol.  CBD oil products have been shown to help decrease anxiety, inflammation etc...

If steps are taken to decrease everyday stress then the chances of certain supplements being beneficial become greater. Contrarily, if measures are not put into place, the chance of anything working decreases. Because in our human bodies everything is interconnected.

So for example, if you are taking CBD products to decrease inflammation but you're eating 3 times the amount of sugar daily than is necessary, there's a good chance the CBD oil is not going to work and you're gonna be like, "this is crap!"  Just like if you're working out 3 times a day but eating 4 times as much, you're not going to lose weight!

The connection between stress and weight gain IS real! But understand one thing. Poor eating habits can also be a STRESSOR on your system. Lack of exercise can be a STRESSOR on your system just as too much exercise can also be a STRESSOR!
 
It's all about balance which is the primary studied response of the CBD oils. Homeostasis or balance of our internal operating system (IOS).  But.. you can order all the most popular CBD oil in my store and I hope you do, but until you realize all steps to a healthier IOS need to be in place, CBD, ABC or XYZ is not going to work! At least not as is intended.

So, I'm challenging you during this Holiday season to not use "the Holidays" as an excuse to eat bad, get less sleep (another major factor) and run around like a chicken or turkey with its' head cut off.  I hate that saying by the way!

Instead, follow these basic rules and you'll begin to notice, maybe slowly but definitely surely, a change. Weight will start drop. The body will start to feel better, etc...

RULES:

#1: Get up and move! Minor to moderate aches and pains? MOVE it or you'll really lose it!

#2: Eliminate processed foods. They slow down your livers ability to burn fat among other health hazards! Don't know what processed foods are? Email me!

#3: DECREASE, DECREASE, DECREASE your sugar intake! Don't cry about it because it's the holidays, just do it!  Want ways to satisfy that sweet tooth in a much healthier way? Email me!

#4: Don't worry about natural sugars found in fruits, vegetables, and milk. Just watch your portions.

#5: INCREASE, INCREASE, INCREASE vegetables, especially leafy greens, fats (yes, that's correct!) and whole grains such as oats, barley, quinoa. Lean meats like turkey, chicken and grass fed beef.  More info? EMAIL ME!

#6: DECREASE wheat, corn, dairy.

#7: ELIMINATE artificial sweeteners, alcohol, fruit juices and fat free foods.

#8: Try to take a moment to relax and GET MORE SLEEP! Turn your phones and computers off!
