DAY 28- MOTIVATION

Motivation is key to success. Whether it be a job, a relationship or weight loss.  But how do we get and stay motivated?

 Write down your goals and reasons you want to be healthy and fit. Then you can constantly use this as a source of motivation that will help you make better choices right in the moment when selecting foods to eat, how to spend your time and more.

Tell someone you really trust what those goals and reasons are so you feel accountable to someone for your actions.

Think, think, and think again before you go for that 2nd helping or that huge bowl of ice cream. Think about those goals and how AFTER you indulge, what that's going to make you feel like. And once your goals are met think about how you can begin to gradually give yourself a treat or if you prefer, "cheat" day here and there. 

Visualize yourself in the shape you're going to be most comfortable in and keep visualizing.  Keep your eye on the prize!
