If you're trying to cut out sugar and wheat but it all seems too daunting, there are tons of recipes that you can make in literally 10 minutes or less. I make peanut butter chocolate cookies. Round balls of real cacao, peanut butter, cinnamon and whatever add-ins you choose. Nuts, coconut, banana, a little vanilla extract. Put it all in a processor or blender, roll and refrigerate. Then when you're craving something sweet pop one in your mouth for a rich chocolately snack without sugar or flour. And no baking required!
There are so many ways you can satisfy your sweet tooth and not only stay healthy but get other health benefits as well. This particular one is filled with antioxidants!
